WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?
In the event that you can no longer attend, we will issue you a full refund on or before April 24. If you cancel your registration after April 24, we are unable to refund your registration fee, but you may either transfer your registration to a colleague or defer your registration to next year’s event.
HOW MUCH DOES THE IN-PERSON SUMMIT COST? 
The total registration fee is $795. This includes Summit-sponsored events and activities, all meals and the reception.
WHAT DOES THE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FEE COVER? 
The registration fee for the Summit covers Summit-sponsored events and activities, all meals and the reception. Your registration fee does not include any lodging or transportation.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE SUMMIT?
The schedule will include keynote speakers and presentations, panel discussions, as well as optional morning and afternoon activities and an evening reception. Please refer to the agenda section of the site for details.

As an in-person attendee, if you're participating in the morning workout, you will have full access to the hotel locker rooms to shower and change before programming begins at 10am.
WHAT IS THE IN-PERSON DRESS CODE? 
The Summit is a smart casual environment. We encourage you to dress comfortably. Don't forget athletic gear if you're participating in the morning workout.

WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE IN MAY?
The average daytime high in NYC in May is 65 degrees. The overnight low averages 54 degrees. In short, bring a sweater / jacket - it can be a little chilly.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Lodging is not included in your espnW Summit NYC registration fee. However, you are welcome to book your own room at The 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. There are also great options nearby including the Ace Hotel Brooklyn and Aloft New York Brooklyn.
